about me
creativity and Innovation have always intrigued me throughout my life which has naturally led me to product design and its exciting possibilities, whilst studying at university my enthusiasm for product design has only increased as we design both for the present and the future.

personally, i find design detail very interesting as i have always been intrigued by how things work, however my real passion is concept design and product styling. using the skills i have acquired at university i have begun to enjoy designing products that visually excite people using pure aesthetics, hopefully i can continue to design products that make others stop and stare.

overview
due to government cuts in public spending elderly citizens have been forced to give up important services such as homecare, this problem is an important issue as elderly people lose services which are provided to monitor the health of the elderly and there social life. without these services elderly people lose the social connections they make and are often unaware of their deterring health. eldershare is a product which intends to solve these issues helping elderly people to make and keep their social connections, in doing this the product is also able to monitor the both the medical and social health of the elderly. the product therefore enables the elderly to remain and feel part of the growing community that is social networking.

‘relive’
due to the increased use of video gaming in recent years exercise has become part of that experience stimulating people both physically and mentally, this looks to continue into the future as exercise becomes more convenient and limitless within an indoor environment. video gaming however prevents us from living in the real world and experiencing real life experiences, real life experiences however need to be as exciting as those within limitless video games. the solution to this problem is the reebok “reelive” shoe which allows a human being to run on water with the assistance of the water itself, the product provides the user with the thrill of an experience which seems almost unimaginable offering a new means of exercising.
‘rethink’
parkour over the years has become an emerging aerobic exercise that has grown rapidly in popularity, due to its growing popularity companies have looked to capitalise on this new market opportunity and produce products for parkour. the market however is still very small and therefore open for big companies to grasp a hold of, companies such as reebok an aerobic exercise company are therefore primed to create products for parkour. as reebok mainly produce footwear i designed a shoe known as “rethink” which is specifically designed for people who perform parkour, this looks to aid and enhance their experience as they carry out the exercise.
career aspirations
i have always been a sports enthusiast and therefore i would love to combine my love for sports with design, although a career that allows me excel and be as creative as possible would be just as appealing. overall hopefully i can continue designing products with others that change our world for the better, even if it be by a little bit or a lot.
